FAQ
Do you Guarantee your work? a. Yes, we do guarantee our work, but there are limits to it. Ask for a copy of our Guarantee. When will my vehicle be finished? a. When you schedule your repairs, you will be given an "Estimated Completion Date". We can only estimate, not promise, when repairs will be completed, due to the nature of today's complex vehicle construction and the possibility of hidden damage once repairs get under way. How will I know when my vehicle is completed and ready for pick up? a. We will give you a call and inform you when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Who updates Enterprise? a. We update Enterprise, through a special program on our computers. We do this periodically through out the repair process. Do you have Loaners? A Very limited amount of Loaners. They are on a First come - First Serve. There is usually a waiting list.

For over three decades, our Collision Center has offered personal customer service and expert level repairs.
Our full-service repair center is an Authorized Direct Repair Facility and has been awarded a Gold Class rating from the Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR)
When you schedule repairs, you'll get an estimated completion date, then our skilled technicians will go to work with state of the art equipment. Our Collision Center features two frame machines, including one with computerized measuring systems for ultra-accurate frame straightening.
We also have two downdraft paint booths to get your car looking like its old self again too.
We have been approved by all insurance companies and provide towing services and convenient after hours drop off. We've grown a lot over the last 30 years but are still focused on giving you personalized service when fixing your car.

In both our Collision Center and Service Center we have a team of ASE Certified Master Technicians, so your car or truck will be in the best hands.
Whatever state your car is in after the collision, they'll be able to restore its design, safety, and performance and get you back on the road.
We also have expert painters on our team, so your car will have the stylish looks it did before it arrived in our shop.

PARTS DEPARTMENT
We only use genuine GM parts for the work we do on your car. Our philosophy is that parts made specifically for your model will do the best job of getting it back on the road and keep it running long term.
Our belief in original manufacturer parts extends from full collision repair all the way down to replacing your wiper blades.
If you like to work on your car at home, feel free to order parts through us to make sure you're installing the best choice for your car.

SERVICE CENTER
We also offer a full-time Service Center for regular maintenance appointments. Our same team of skilled and certified technicians and painters will help get your car back in top shape.
Whether you need a dent repaired, your brake pads replaced, a full transmission repair, or a routine oil change, they'll be able to take care of all your service and maintenance needs.
